I just love seeing old barns out on the hillside.
While we were driving to and from Brenham last week, I took a few photos.
Hope you enjoy.

Leaning a little to the right!

New barn.

My friend makes these.
I haven’t purchased any, but other friends of mine have and they smell wonderful!
Her website is fabulous and she shared how she came up with each blend.

Monday we went to the Blue Bell Creamery. Yum!
Afterward, we took the kids to McDonald’s. Yuck!
Behind the McDonald’s was a beautiful field of bluebonnets.
We took pictures!

Oops, Ethan's elbow is in the way of Elijah's face!

Melody, Levi, Ethan and Elijah on the old Blue Bell Ice Cream delivery truck.

Sofia was not happy that I put her down.

I'm going to have to have this one printed!

I wish we could have gotten some more pictures of the kids running through the bluebonnets, but a storm was rolling in and we had an hour to drive back home.
I did snap some shots through the window as we drove. I’ll post those tomorrow maybe!

I received this article in an email.
This is not the main reason we choose not to vaccinate our children, but it is a small factor.

I found this great website, well, several great websites actually, for plus size women. It’s affordable. The clothes are pretty. Check it out:

Taco Bell.
Order.
Drive up.
Pay.
Receive order.
Clerk closes window before I can say, “You forgot my drink!”
“Excuse me!”
He’s talking to someone at the drive up.
“Hey frijole!”
“Oops, I bet he can hear me,” I say to Ronnie.
“Can I help you?” he asks with a smirk.
“I need my drink.”
Receive drink.
Drive away.
Hey Frijole!

At McDonald’s Sunday afternoon, Melody was “reading” the sign on the door.
“Mom, it says, ‘Only shirts, no naked feet, no dogs, and no steamy things.’ “
(No Smoking, No Dogs, No Bare feet, Shirt Required.)

Sunday lunch with family for my moms birthday.
Salad and breadsticks no problem.
Out comes my steak and potatoes.
I take a bite of the potatoes. Then the steak. Then a bell pepper.
Oh no.
Oh, I hate when this happens.
Gag.
I need to go to the bathroom.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Back to table.
Gag.
Back to bathroom.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Back to table.
Gag.
Outside.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Leave the restaurant.
Go to moms.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Drink something.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Eat something.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
This went on the rest of the day.
We had to stop twice on the hour long journey home for me to vomit.
Once home, I called Maria, my friend practicing homeopathy.
What do I take.
She lists remedies for what she believes is a virus.
I’m not convinced its a virus.
I think it is allergies.
Lots of mucous.
Can’t even keep down water.
I sleep through the night.
Morning comes.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
Drink some water.
Gag.
Vomit.
Urgh!
This continues throughout the day until I have a severe sinus headache.
I can’t take anything for the headache because I’ll vomit it back up.
Urgh!
I would usually take Echinacea for the sinuses, but that too I would vomit.
Oh, wait! I have Echinacea in homeopathic form!
Take Echinacea.
Take shower.
Pray, “God, I know I need to lose weight, but this is cruel and unusual punishment. I can’t do this anymore!”
Immediately, I know I can eat and drink.
Out of the shower.
To my soup!
I eat all the soup.
Praising the Lord at the dinner table with my family!
Hallelujah!
